Financial Assistance
**The FA process through GSWW can be lengthy and has probably changed since you did it last. PLEASE, educate yourself for anything new for 2025 and then apply ASAP.
If you are approved, BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU USE YOUR AID FOR AND HOW MUCH YOU HAVE LEFT! We have had families who received aid for more than one camp/event, but ran through their funding and then had to pay out of pocket for our camp (or other events they signed up for).**
Kayak Community Camp requires a $50 deposit at the time of registration. This is not included in financial aid and must be paid before your camper is placed on the camp roster.

2025 Camp Fees
Camper Fees
Fee includes secondary health & accident insurance; meals/snacks & accommodations for the week; camp t-shirt & patch; crafts. Fee does NOT include transportation to/from camp nor optional camp sweatshirt (see registration form). A processing fee will be added at checkout. Regardless of when you paid the deposit, if the balance is not paid in full by the date listed below, your balance bumps to the next price.
Early Bird Registration
All registration/health forms and payment in full must be received by March 31, 2025 to receive Early Bird pricing.
Standard Registration
All registration/health forms and payment in full must be received by April 30, 2025.
Late Registration
Late registration is available on a space-available basis. All registration/health forms and payment in full must be received by May 31, 2025.
Optional Crew Neck Sweatshirt
All sweatshirts have the patch design contest winner's design emblazoned on the front.
Program Aides & Leaders in Training
This fee helps offset our costs while PAs and LITs are still in the training portion of their volunteer journey with us. This registration fee is required for all PAs and LITs.
Campers of Volunteers
Volunteer camper fees and registrations are due no later than June 15, 2025. Children and grandchildren of staff are eligible.

Cookie Dough
Cookie Dough users waiting for 2025 CD funds to pay for camp will pay the standard fee as long as they have registered and paid the deposit by April 30, 2025.
