Camper Fees
Fee includes secondary health & accident insurance; meals/snacks & accommodations for the week; camp t-shirt & patch; crafts. Fee does NOT include transportation to/from camp nor optional camp sweatshirt (see registration form). A 3% processing fee will be added at checkout.
Early Bird Registration Fee
Early Bird pricing for 2025 will be approximately $325.
Optional Crew Neck Sweatshirt
All sweatshirts have the patch design contest winner's design emblazoned on the front.
Program Aides & Leaders in Training
We have implemented a new policy to help offset our costs while PAs and LITs are still in the training portion of their volunteer journey with us. This registration fee is required for all PAs and LITs.
Campers of Volunteers
Volunteer camper fees and registrations are due no later than June 15, 2024. Volunteers will receive a code to input at checkout for their camper discount. Children and grandchildren of staff are eligible.

Financial Assistance
Kayak Community Camp is no longer accepting registrations with Financial Assistance as a payment method.
Financial assistance is available through Girl Scouts of Western Washington to those who qualify. We encourage you to submit your application for assistance ASAP. Once approved, you may request a grant for our camp. The $50 deposit is not included in financial aid and must be paid before your camper is placed on the camp roster.
