SCOUTS & NON-SCOUTS ARE WELCOME!!
All campers must register with Girl Scouts for insurance purposes.
If your camper is not already a registered Girl Scout, please do that first.
They DO NOT need to be part of a troop, sell cookies or participate in other Scout activities.
Campers must be entering 2nd-12th grade in the fall OR graduate high school during the current membership year.
1. Read the information on the Fees & Payments page BEFORE you start the registration process. It could be helpful to take a photo or a snip of the instructions for utilizing Program Credits, Top Cookie Seller Half-Price Camp or Financial Aid.
2. Register your camper on our ecommerce site https://app.amilia.com/store/en/kayakcommunitycamp/shop/programs
(OR scroll to the bottom of this page and click the red button to open the software right here on our website)
If you need help creating a user account with Amilia, go to the Contact Us page or visit our Facebook for additional assistance.
Note that full payment must be received by May 31st of the camp year unless prior arrangements have been made with the Camp Directors.

Deposits and processing fees are non-refundable. Any cancellation requests received after May 31st will NOT be refunded. We will, however, do our best to get your camper their t-shirt and patch.

Two or more friends MAY be placed together, space allowing, ONLY when ALL campers request each other by name AND THEIR GRADE IN THE FALL ALIGNS WITH THE UNIT PLACEMENT. For example, we will not place a 5th grade buddy with a 7th grade buddy (we don't have any units that span more than 2 grades). Buddy placements are at the discretion of camp staff and only available as space allows. Buddy placements are not guaranteed.
On the registration form, you will be asked if your camper has a buddy. We ask that you limit requested buddies to TWO campers (total of 3 friends). We can not guarantee placement of more than 2 buddies, largely due to the fact that we are first-come first-served and most buddies do not register for camp at the same time. This is especially important to note for units that campers can only be in once - Ark, Yurt and Lower Tilakum.
WE WILL NOT CHANGE CAMPER'S UNITS AFTER PLACEMENT LETTERS HAVE BEEN SENT OUT!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Your camper will have a blast and make new friends no matter what!
