REGISTRATION INFORMATION!

Registration for 2025 is closed.

Sign up to get notified about our 2026 session.

FIRST

 If your camper is not already a registered Girl Scout, please do that first. 

This is required for insurance purposes.

They do not need to be actively involved in a troop or participate in GS activities.


Our camp is open to registered Girl Scouts entering 2nd-12th grade in the fall as well as those who graduated this year.

Buddies

Our Policy

Per our registration form: "Two or more friends MAY be placed together, space allowing, ONLY when ALL campers request each other by name AND THEIR GRADE IN THE FALL ALIGNS WITH THE UNIT PLACEMENT. We will NOT change your camper's unit for buddy requests after confirmations have been sent out. Buddy placements are at the discretion of camp

We will NOT change your camper's unit for buddy requests after confirmations have been sent out. Buddy placements are at the discretion of camp staff and only available as space allows."


If unit space is filling up and 3+ buddies are requested in a camper's registration, we will go in order listed. This means we will make every effort to place your camper with their first listed buddy, and then their second, and then if possible, their 3rd. Buddy requests in this scenario will go in order of registration date.


If you aren't sure if your camper's buddy is going to register for camp, we suggest erring on the side of caution and adding them anyway. This way, if they do register, you are covered - just make sure the buddy lists your camper's name too!

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation requests received after May 31st will not be refunded. We will, however, do our best to get your camper their 

t-shirt and patch.
