A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your camper's spot. This deposit will go towards the total cost of camp. See fee page for more information.
You will receive confirmation of your camper’s placement once the registration form is received and determined complete AND your deposit or full payment is received. Please give us at least 7 days to process your registration
form and payment.
If your camper is not already a registered Girl Scout, please do that first.
Cancellations received by June 15, 2024 11:59pm PDT will be refunded in full (minus non-refundable $50 deposit and processing fees). After June 15, fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
